1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (referred to hereinafter as "Terms") govern the use of the jilihot platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on jilihot or use the platform, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using the platform. If you have any questions, contact our support team before you begin using the service.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — jilihot's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — each individual personal profile created through registration.
• "Balance" — funds credited to an account from deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds received through bonuses or promotions, which cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. jilihot endeavours to comply with all relevant technical and financial regulations. 2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to register and use services on jilihot:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older. Participation in any casino and betting activity is strictly prohibited for those under 21.
• The member must be a real person. Registration as a bot, automated software, or representative of a third party is not accepted.
• A person may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the member must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and personal details. Registration is confirmed through OTP verification. If registration is completed with incorrect or false information, the account may be cancelled immediately.

3.2 Account Security

Your username and password are entirely personal and confidential. The member is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the jilihot support team immediately. If a third party uses your account, you will be held responsible for that activity.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilihot may verify a member's identity as needed to maintain a safe environment. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if verification has not been completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jilihot is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). All transactions are completed through SSL-encrypted connections.

• Once a deposit is successful, it is added to your balance and ready for play.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical fault, notify the support team — submit a complaint with supporting evidence.
• No transactions via cryptocurrency are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Accepted withdrawal methods are the same: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• jilihot reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request and may hold a request in the event of unusual activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must stay within set limits — placing unusually large bets may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus claims are attempted from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• jilihot reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on jilihot are operated using an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely random with no possibility of predetermined influence. This principle applies to all categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and fishing games.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Faults

If an abnormal result is displayed due to a technical fault or system failure, that round or bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. jilihot is not obliged to accept any claim arising from a software error.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

If suspicious activity is detected, jilihot may suspend an account or begin an investigation without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 jilihot's Rights

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, jilihot has the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account. In such cases, any legitimate balance earned before the rule violation will be returned to the member's registered payment method, but the bonus balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their own account at any time. Submit a written request to the support team to do so. Any pending withdrawal requests should be completed before the account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, a member may themselves apply for a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion.

9 Limitation of Liability

The jilihot platform is provided "as is". jilihot is not liable for any loss caused by technical interruptions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

• The member is solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing their account information with a third party.
